Absolute bollocks! Took it before, as did my mate and not a single bit of difference. A placebo is a sham medical intervention. In one common placebo procedure, a patient is given an inert sugar pill, told that it may improve his/her condition, but not told that it is in fact inert. Such an intervention may cause the patient to believe the treatment will change his/her condition; and this belief does indeed sometimes have a therapeutic effect, causing the patient's condition to improve. This phenomenon is known as the placebo effect. That basically sums it up. I had money and time on my hands so figured why not give it a go. Don't waste your money on it.

Guys, Been using the Norateen now for about 3 weeks: - 3x2 tabs daily, with about 120g of high level protein daily - workouts Mon, Wed, Fri, rest in between these days - Alternative workouts; Biceps &amp; Triceps on one day, then chest and shoulder the next workout day. Max 45mins in gym, complete rest on days off Results: - Never saw a major change in strength - any feeling that i had increased strength or stamina was probably in my head - Decent enough gains, saw some definitive changes, but i believe this was due to healty eating and high level protein Side effects: - Nothin too major, however i was definitely a little more 'on-edge' with the Norateen and if i was having a bad day at the office, then it seemed to come to the surface more - Since stopping the tabs, i have noticed i am little calmer in situations Conclusions: - Not a big fan of these tabs and i would not recommend them. - My advice is stick to a good diet, with lots of high level protetin. Combine this with a strong training regime, (max gym time 45mins - intense workout in this time), and just as important is the rest periods and you will see good gains. Hope this helps... Will
